Processing & handling

We pack and ship orders from our U.S. warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping rates & carriers

• Free standard shipping on orders over $35.
• Orders under $35 ship at a flat $5.95.
• We ship via USPS and UPS, choosing the best option for your address and package size.
• Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship.

At this time we ship within the United States only, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows.

How payment works

When you place an order on the site, we don't charge a card at checkout. Instead, we email you a secure payment link along with your order confirmation, usually within one business day. Your order ships once payment is complete.

Returns & exchanges

If something isn't right, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on opened grocery, food, personal-care or cosmetic items unless they arrived damaged or defective.

To start a return, email info@inkspiredstore.com with your order number and a short note about what you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including any shipping.
